Visiting Angels was amazing. The level of care and support they provide is unmatched. Communication and professionalism from the office and our caregiver was excellent. Our caregiver was able to extend the time our mother spent in her own home until her needs simply became too great for in-home care. I wish to share our/my satisfaction with Visiting Angles two care givers which came to our home to spend time and look after my mother. Tamara was the first caregiver. She came to the house for over five months and for four days per week. My mother's eyes lit up each time Tamara showed up at our doorstep. They went on walks together and visited with the neighbor ladies. They talked and gossiped regularly. Tamara also tidied up around the house. The house always looked a bit better when she left for the night.

Perris replaced Tamara, spending the next two months caring for my mother. My mother has been dealing with memory issues which were growing with time. Perris is quite a bit younger than my mother causing me some concern. However, it turned out just the opposite. As with Tamara, my mother was excited every time Perris appeared at door. Perris also took my mother on walks, though they were getting shorter and shorted with each passing week. They spent time working on puzzles and watching old TV shows which brought a twinkle to my mother's eye and smile to her face for she recognized the actors and stories.

I wish thank you both, Tamara and Perris, for spending time with Carol. Her life was enriched because of you both.

She is always cheerful and goes beyond her care plan.
She has several several

She has stayed over her shift to make sure I am taken care of .
She is a keeper for sure.

We have had a wonderful experience with Visiting Angels. In particular, our family's Angel, Cheri Scott, has been incredible in caring for my grandmother in a respectful, encouraging and dignifying manner. Living out of town, it is so reassuring to know my grandma is in such good hands. When we have visited, Cheri has also been extremely welcoming - helping make sure my grandma is in peak condition to visit with our family - the way she knows my grandma would like to be, but cannot currently do herself. Our family cannot praise our experience with Visiting Angels and with Cheri enough. Thank you for all you do to show care and compassion!

Visiting Angels has been a wonderful agency to work with and the care of our mother. Over the years the Care Managers have been very attentive to our needs and promptly making changes to our service requests. Our present care giver, Jodi, is top of the line. She makes my mother feel special and she looks forward to Jodi’s visit. Our part time care giver, Delores, is also a gem and is a great encourager for our 94-year-old mom.

I've had Visiting Angels care for a little over a year now. I am a very particular person so it was important for the Care Manager to find caregivers that would be responsive to my needs. Anaya Arroyo has provided care above and beyond my expectations and have enjoyed her companionship. I give her 5 1/2 stars! Sarah Trout and her crew have also gone above and beyond to select the right caregivers for me.

My wife and I have been helped by Visiting Angels for a little more than two years now and we have been very happy with the care that my wife has received from each of the care givers we were given. We are particularly happy with our most recent caregiver, Divine Martinez. Caring and talented are the best descriptions for the services we receive. Although she is not contracted for helping me, she has relieved me of my primary caregiving responsibilities and has helped me during my recovery from a heart attack and stroke. A blessing to be sure!
