I sent a very important document for translation as part of my green card application. This translation could greatly influence my life and my husband’s life. Their mistake had the potential to destroy both our lives.

They made an unbelievable error, translating my divorce certificate as a death certificate. Because of this, my application could have been denied. Why? Because I stated in my application that I am divorced, but their translation made it look like I am a widow. Such a discrepancy in official documents could lead to immediate denial of the application.

If I hadn’t noticed and double-checked the documents, I would have submitted them as they were. This could have caused an irreparable situation, wasting time, money, and possibly leading to my green card being denied and forcing me to leave the country.

First, the green card application fee is $1,450. Second, this mistake could have destroyed my life and my husband’s life.

When I contacted them about this, their response was outrageous. They said: ‘Every project completed by our company undergoes a thorough revision process. However, occasional mistakes may still occur.’

Occasional mistake? This wasn’t just any mistake—it was the name of the document itself! Such negligence is unacceptable.

I strongly advise against using this agency or service—whatever it is. Never, ever trust them with your important documents.

It didn’t cost much to do as there’s not many places where I live that provides that kind of service… With their services, they provide you with great and friendly feedback, you get a certified translation copy of your document and a certified letter of translation. They also respond in a timely manner and in a kind manner. The service is also recognized by the immigration office as an official service agency.

Needed to have a one page document
certified translated in 2 days since I was not allowed to translate on my own. So I requested it the service, and as far as the translation goes it's a 10/10 no errors and done pretty quickly which is great.
Now, the aspect which disappointment me and that I must warn others about it is the actual word limit that is considered a page. My actual document was 1 page but since it goes above a 250 word limit it was charged as 2 pages, which I understand, but it only told me this after I had already paid for one page, and not right before ordering on the website.
It would've been nice to know about this detail before ordering, instead of inserting it on the fine print and knowing about it only later. I don't see this as being honest and upfront with your customers, so for anyone deciding to order these services, please keep this in mind.

TLDR: Good translation, but a page is 250 words and not an actual page so you will end up paying more if you didn't know this detail.
