I found it to be extremely unprofessional.
Felt llike the lady was trying to avoid a visit( i can understand probably because of covid regulations)
However the documents i had were quite personal and i wanted to give it to her in person..so i took an appointment. when i insisted to meet, she reluctantly agreed. She didnt even invite me into the office and came outside the office to see me.. she talked to me in the hallway for 5 minutes .. It felt like she was trying to get rid of me.
To top it up she said that she was very busy and she will give to someone else for the translations..
The only good thing was she answered all questions on the phone which is why i decided to go to her in first place inspite of it being a bit expensive.. the in person treatment was aweful however..hence i decided to go for another service.
