We needed an official translation of our marriage certificate to register with the municipality. Ostia Mundi delivered the translation within four days after confirming my order. However, we ran into a problem with the authorities who claimed that the translation was not valid because of some missing stamp. When I contacted Ostia Mundi about this, they immediately took the liberty of calling the authorities about our case. It turned out that the official who served us had outdated information, and after OM's call our case was settled. Exceptionally good customer service!

Very fast, very professional and most importantly for me, very thorough translation work! We had documents translated from English, Italian and Romanian to French and the commune required some very specific things (f.e. unique way of stamping the papers that ONLY this commune asks for in Brussels actually, had to be sworn translators, etc.) and the Ostia Mundi team ensured that everything was done exactly the way we explained it to them - no problems accepting the final translated documents at the commune! The rates are also commensurate with the exceptional quality of work done and worth every cent in my opinion. They also come pick up and drop off the documents wherever needed which was super helpful as someone with a very busy work schedule. Special shout out to Radu and Marie from the Ostia Mundi who were always very patient and kind. 10/10 experience! 🙂

I believe I have already reviewed Ostia Mundi, but they once again proved that going the extra mile for clients is their standard! After the city hall lost my original translation, I've contacted Marie and within 24hrs I had a new version signed, stamped and delivered free of charge at my workplace! Now I call that customer service and would recommend them anytime.
