We just had an incredible first time experience at this dentist with my 9 year old daughter. The whole facility was warm, welcoming, clean, friendly, and lots of fun! The staff, doctor, hygienist, and everyone there were incredibly personable, friendly, honest, and so patient. They worked so well with my daughter, they asked and answered questions, and did everything with a smile. Such an incredible first time experience. Kayla at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—she greeted us with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor set the tone for the visit.

Dr. Smith, the pediatric dentist, was incredible! My child tends to be a little nervous about dental visits, but Dr. Smith’s gentle and kind approach immediately put them at ease. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience fun and educational for my little one. It’s rare to find a dentist who is both highly skilled and so great with kids!

I was so excited to work with this office, but we had a few bumps along the way, which were thankfully rectified. Looking at the bigger picture, I realize I should have reached out directly to the dentist instead of solely communicating with the receptionist, and we likely would have had a better outcome with the initial incident. Once my concerns were heard, the dentist took swift action to make things right. As a mom to an autistic child, securing proper dental care has been a long journey, and I’ve waited years for this treatment. While things didn’t start perfectly, the quick resolution and care we received have left me extremely grateful

Absolutely amazing dentistry for children! They made my children feel comfortable here. The staff is incredibly friendly. Imelda very knowledgeable, friendly and great with kids. Dr smith is gentle, patient, and takes the time to explain everything. My kids feel comfortable and safe .The office is clean, welcoming, and designed to put kids at ease. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for pediatric dental care!

Bad experience! After my visit, I came here and read all the 1-star reviews and noticed my experience is quite similar to another 1-star reviewer who posted 5 months ago. Please read up all the different 1-star reviews for this facility before you make an appointment. Don't let the total rating mislead you. A very ill-mannered lady sits at the front desk. She doesn't care to ensure the patient information is accurate. She has horrible work ethic and a bad attitude towards your requests. If you are looking for a dentist, I don't recommend this clinic ! (even the doctor doesn't spend much time and prefers to wrap up quickly). Look for a better facility, where the staff actually care about their clients' experience and needs. And also should be a place where the doctor cares enough to know how her staff is behaving with the visitors.

Dr. Smith and her staff are excellent with the kids as well as with overall service. My kids have been seeing Dr. Smith since they were all toddlers and they love getting their teeth cleaned, acquiring a new toothbrush and walking away with a shiny new coin to place in the machine at the end of each visit. The techs at Teeth R Us are thorough but gentle. The office is always welcoming and fun for the kids from games in the lobby to TVs playing their favorite movies while cleaning. We appreciate the quality care our kids receive each visit.
