This group is comprised of caring, compassionate people. When your loved one (my 89-yr-old-mother) needs extra care, you can only hope to find a team that treats your parent like they were their own.
Talem was responsive, kind and caring above measure.
If the continuing care matches the level of the initial response I’d say they are incredible and provided me and my siblings peace of mind and my mother incredible kindness.

Talem Home Care is a fantastic agency. They are very kind and are willing to go above and beyond. The current manager is very sweet and caring about the clients. She is willing to go out of her way to make everyone happy and do her job in the most professional way possible. I would recommend Talem to anyone who is looking for home care.

The good caregivers they do have they don't pay caregivers. Accidentally my sister's phone was destroyed and she is disabled needs her phone for doctor calls and appointments but its been over a moth since she has had a working replacement. Their own care givers have told us of their abuses and we should look elsewhere. One of their lazy care givers sat on her phone the whole time she was here the next day i allowed an hour before I sent her home .

They are nice people but I have never been denied a job from any place because of my record!!!! People ask questions obviously they lie to your face!!!! Never apply for these guys I have had several agency’s contact me and they still let me on even with my record!!!!
