I love T and R Clinic and Dr. Carter! Very friendly staff, very helpful and Dr. Carter cares about his patients. The office calls you back when needed and so does Dr. Carter. If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr. Carter has taken care of my granddaughters forever and now me, I am so thankful!

I've been taking my son to Dr. Carter since he was born however (2008) today he had his physical for sports and check up, but I forgot the physical forms on the kitchen table. We have moved 27mins further out when we use to live 5mins walking distance, and still never considered changing his Dr till now for the most annoying reason. I had asked if they could please print them out for us but they refused to. I understand I should've been prepared but at one point is it so hard to print out two pages for faithful patients.?

Dr. Reddy is a great pediatrician. My children and my nieces and nephews go to him! He really shows care and compassion. The staff are always helpful too!

Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional staff. Long waits when they let you go in to the office, most of the time they push to video calls, in which you better hope doctor shows up. If not, you aren't getting your money back. Ridiculous hidden fees. So hard to get them to order your medication. Will never return

My family has used this doctors office for years. I myself am a former patient. I recently moved back to the area and needed to make an appointment for a check up. I called and scheduled the appointment. I later received a call saying they revoked my appointment over a $22 balance that I did not even know I owed from 2011. I even offered to pay the balance just so I didn't have to go through the hassle of finding another doctors office and they said sorry you have to find another doctors office. I found this to be ridiculous and absurd. I have insurance and money to pay for the visit. Instead they turned away a patient.

I have never really experienced being transparent with a doctor about my medical and what I’m looking for only to be lied to by staff and the doctor. When you say you can help, but have not intention on helping is just wrong. I am so disappointed because this doctor I used in the past and thought about him when I came back! Big mistake sometimes leaving things in the past should be left there. Worst experience of my life.

I have been with T&R Clinic for 3 years now. I have always received EXTRAORDINARY health care. Extremely professional staff. I can not imagine being without their help form checkups and when I am ill. I trust them with my life. The call me in advance of my appointments and follow up calls. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
