Locked me into a year lease when I wanted to cancel in the first place now won’t let me out of the contract that I never agreed to, I never even used the space to begin with why would I up a year long contract for nothing

Jocelyn and Areon showed exceptionally professional behavior at my time recently at the Spaces on 1610 R St. Apart from that, It was as if they were competing to see who could be the sweetest. I recommend this space highly and appreciate the bar being set so high.

I’ve been at the Spaces Ice Blocks location for almost three years. The atmosphere is so friendly and accommodating. We often have gatherings and social hours and I’ve made some great friendships and business acquaintances.

The staff, Jocelin and Areon, are amazing and very engaged in making the daily grind a pleasurable experience at the office. They always decorate the environment and have even voluntarily hosted Halloween, Christmas and other great events in an effort to bring Ice Block residents closer together. The experience wouldn’t be the same without them!

The Ice Blocks location is one of the nicest, most modern buildings in all of Sacramento. I have so many amazing relationships here and it really does feel like a second home!!!

The receptionist ladies at the front desk are the most professional women that I have been able to receive high quality customer service from in a long time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with Hello's and smiles, they immediately attended to my needs and answered any question that I had. I also was given a tour of the facility and was surprised how much light the office receives and the design of the place is stunning.

Back for a second review. Things still haven't improved. I tried to stick it out but am now asking out of my lease (to which they are not responding).

This place is a joke. Internet still is poor. they made an excuse that the LAN switches on the fourth floor were a problem. That fixed things for a little while, but now I cannot hold a simple conference call (VoIP) without breaking up so bad the call becomes worthless. I'm sweating profusely right now as they turn off the Air Conditioning on the weekends and cannot get it cooled down in time for those of us who work here. My lease auto renewed. If you are looking for a space, this is definitely not it. While the place is beautiful, they cannot even give you the basics of what you need.

When you sign up for a facility such as this, you would expect that the Internet services would be fairly reliable. In this facility, it is clearly not the case. I have outages 5-6 times a day for 15-30 minutes. I sell Internet services and have had my own office for over 19 years and have never experienced internet outages such as this with no resolution.The IT team wont talk to individuals so you cannot troubleshoot.

Yeah, internet goes down , but this is absolutely awful.

Lets not mention that you cannot get package deliveries at this facility because there is no one here (due to covid) after 1230 and Fedex/UPS only make deliveries in the afternoon.

Overall, you are paying a ton of money for a beautiful facility that is completely worthless because they cannot provide a reasonably reliable internet service.

I wouldn't suggest you sign a lease here.

Customer service from Michelle, Megan and the entire staff here is nothing short of exemplary. True white glove service even for this renter of one has me already considering re-upping my lease at the end of its term and I just started 2 weeks ago! I shopped around at least a dozen coworking spaces in the greater Sacramento area including Urban Hive, Outlet and Pacific, but it gets no better than Spaces on R Street for coworking and private office space anywhere in Sacramento in my opinion.
