Worst senior apartment in LA.
(1) Plumbing problem- constant plumbing problem where some residents had no hot water for weeks. Some units only have boiling hot water.
(2) Elevator- Elevator breaks down and nobody fixes it. As of today, this is the second day nobody has fixed the elevator at this high rise building and seniors are trapped inside
(3) AC- always goes out on the hottest day of the year. This is an ANNUAL event- AC not working when it's the hottest. What is the problem? It always takes a week or more to fix it and by then the weather has cooled off
(4) Trash- parking lot is a dumpster with rats running around and smell of urine of homeless people
(5) Incompetent manager and the company that does not care other than collecting rent.
