Doug was our service tech for our furnace maintenance. As he’s always been prior, he was respectful and kind while in our home, and even gave our attention loving pups the extra pets that they love! He did what was needed to maintain our furnace, and then thoroughly recommended a couple of things that needed some extra TLC but was not pushy and said he was happy to send the quote via email so we could decide when we had more time to look. I appreciate that type of customer service.

Marcin was wonderful. He was on time, neat, pleasant and explained everything he was installing. I found him trustworthy and hardworking. He reviewed the details of the installation with me and my husband and answered all our questions. I highly recommend him!

Nealon arrived promptly and was prepared for the work he came to do. He was highly professional and explained and then showed me pictures of the work he had done. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand, and was informative and knowledgeable. In addition to servicing the furnace, he asked additional questions to ensure things were working properly in the house. Nealon is intelligent and personable. I am glad he was the technician who came to our home!

Luke and Katrice (I hope I spelled that right) were early to arrive for my furnace tune up and prompt at servicing everything. They explained everything in an easy to understand way and recommended water heater servicing as well, which I hadn’t thought I needed. Grateful for their calm and courteous vibe after a long work week. And thanks to Heather in the office for helping setup the appointment.

Doug and Danny were awesome. They helped identify the problem and worked with me to figure out a solution. They spent time educating me in a way that didn’t feel condescending or patronizing and I felt as though they genuinely wanted to help put me at ease. Jamison and Josh were fantastic. They arrived early and ready to work. They carefully walked me through all aspects of my AC and heating as well as what steps they would recommend. It was informative, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. I’ve used service experts for years to do my regular heat and AC checks as well as the replacement of part of my plumbing and their technicians have always exceeded my expectations to go above and beyond to make their work excellent and keep my system running strong.

Luke installed our new Lennox furnace, and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and efficient. His helper, who’s name I cannot recall, was also a very hard worker
