Buying a car from R&Z has turned out to the be the worst experience of my life, and cost me thousands of dollars. As a first time car buyer, girl living out of state, at first I felt like I could really trust R&Z to help me with the process. I paid in full cash for the car and was a great buyer. They took advantage of me, TERRIBLY. I was promised that the car had undergone multiple repairs prior to sale and assured that it was in great condition. Well let's start with, the literal second day I had the car it would not start. After filling it with coolant and having to pay to tow it back to R&Z, they said they would look at the car. They did minimal repairs and said it was a hose and it was fixed. This is a common theme once I drove off the lot, everything was a "minor" repair (clearly to cover up the larger issues the car had). I come to find out the head gasket was actually what needed a repair. This is thousands of dollars. Fast forward one month later, I am stranded with a flat tire (no nail in the tire, no damage). I was told the tires had good tread during the sale, this was even written in the official listing. The tire shop says the tread is worn entirely down to the wires, I will need all four tires and a realignment as the car is so terribly misaligned that the handling is unsafe. Another thousand dollars. Fast forward, one year later with the car, I have put under FOUR thousand miles on it - I am now trying to sell it. R&Z tells me that they cannot help me (sure, why would they want to buy this LEMON of a car they SCAMMED me on?). I go to multiple dealership, mechanics, and private sellers to have the car appraised - at $4,000. This is 1/4 (ONE FOURTH) of the price that I purchased it at. And R&Z can't answer the phone to answer for their scam. I would not touch this place with a ten foot pole. He saw a young girl buying her first car with her hard earned money and took advantage of me. This leaves me in financial distress not to mention the hours I have wasted. Shame on you. I wish you made this right and I resent that I ever did business with you. You should feel sorry.

I purchased a 2018 Audi Q3 from R &Z Auto group a couple of weeks ago. I was in desperate need of a car as my car had it's last breathe. We all know car shopping can be a hassle and stressful to find the right vehicle. Well I called R&Z and spoke with Hyder to workout a out the door price for the car before showing up to see and test drive the car as I was coming from Bastrop TX. He gave me a great deal on the car and I test drove it and fell in love with the car. While test driving the car I was on the phone with the bank going over the loan agreement so when we got back to the office it was just some paperwork to sign and I would be able to drive off that day. It was sold "as is". Well, 3 days later the car battery was dead and I was very upset. So I reached out to Hyder I mentioned it to him. I was pretty upset to be honest. I requested a new car battery but remember I purchased the car "as is" and got a really great deal out the door. It was not his responsibility to give me a new car battery but he did. Well he was out of town at the time so he sent me the cash to purchase a new car battery that day. Although he didn't have to and it wasn't his responsibility to do so he still did. It just goes to show that he stands behind his vehicles and his customer service was a unmatched experience. I will recommend if your in the market for high end quality vehicles to purchase from R&Z Auto group. Just for the customer experience it will be worth your while and time. Thank you again Hyder! I know that when we first talked I was upset but you turned that frown into a smile at the end of the conversation.

Amazing experience, great car. I loved working with Hyder he was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely reasonable with price. He was helpful with extended warranty options, tags etc. Highly recommend.

A used car buying experience that was fun and exciting!--basically unheard of in this age. We looked for 3 weeks. Lots of bad experiences with other dealers--car not on lot, car already sold, car not ready for viewing, adding $1000 on for clearcoat, etc. Hyder made this the best experience I have ever had buying a car. We bought a BMW X5 from him with low mileage, at a good price, in Jan. 2024. He was very friendly, patient, very honest. There was no pressure. I would suggest coming to R & Z Auto Group first, in your search for a car.
