Left my car for 30 minutes while getting lunch with my daughter. My car was maybe 50 feet from the teller station with the woman inside and my whole back window was smashed and all my stuff was stolen. If course no cameras. And mind you this is a CARD ONLY facility. So that means the theif is watching and hanging out, unseen, unheard, and pays with card? Only walk in and out is on front of teller as well. They most definitely are watching. I put my school bag in the back corner of my suv and that is all that was taken (pretty sure they thought it was my actual purse with money). An iPhone, 2 pairs of brand new Jordan's and credit card was still in my back seat. I would highly recommend staying FAR AWAY from here. Police also won't come to help

Horrible. No security, unattendef and this happened at between 4 and 6pm when it was total daylight. No one to talk to about it, not safe, and sac pd doesnt come out for these calls. You are SOL

Terrible. I pre-paid for my parking spot and then had to pay again when there was no process in place to validate the pre-pay. Then, I asked for a refund of the second payment, and they jerked me around for months before just simply ignoring me. I'll walk the extra 1/2 mile next time.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Only one gate was working and there was only one employee taking payment for the entire garage since the payment machine was not working. And the employee was rude (given the circumstances, understandable to be flustered - but not rude). It’s worse that you’re charged for the time spent in the garage and we spent 2+ hours trying to leave. This is a complete safety hazard, ridiculous that it takes so long just to LEAVE.

Payed for ahead of time. Email told me to scan barcode, but code would never scan. Took a ticket, and when we left, a worker let us out because of this. Good thing he was there, or I would have probably paid twice.

I have been stuck in the parking garage for over 30 minutes as the exit arm is not functioning. There is no local person to contact as all voicemail inboxes are full. Even The person at the website couldn’t get someone on the phone.
