I had a great experience buying a refrigerator. Robert was easy to do business with (albeit a little hard for me to understand, especially over the phone), and Chuck came and delivered the fridge within an hour of buying it. We got an old fridge, but it works great so far. They gave me a 90 day warranty on it.

Extremely rude customer service. Was wanting to buy several washer/dryer units from this business and was calling to pay for them and arrange picking them up. He refused to sell them to me because I was not going to have them serviced by him and continued to be rude until I hung up. Do not recommend doing business here.

The owner was not very kind nor friendly until I mention I am a pastor... All if a sudden his tone changed... Prices are too expensive considering this is used & refurbished appliances
