Please stay away from this company at all costs! We found out we were taken advantage of from R & R mechanical with multiple heat exchangers that they charged over 10k each. We had multiple HVAC companies look at our invoice and said they we got charged way too much after we still had problems with they work they did. Even when we paid this amount of money, it took them months to get our heat working correctly and still having problems even after. Fast forward a year later after one of the heat exchangers that they installed ended up being faulty we spoke to carrier about the warranty and they wanted to look at the invoice and they couldn’t believe how much we paid. Also we paid for a draft inducer that was never installed. Workers are very unprofessional including the receptionist that we had to deal with. This company is about taking advantage of businesses and please do your homework and shop around as we wish we did.

How about no stars?

R&R driver of white Ford pickup, unit #84, with long brown beard traveling down HOV lane on Rt. 50 East on Thursday, March 28 at 2:10pm driving erratically and either drunk or driving with eyes closed nearly caused major multi-car collision when he failed to yield to adjacent car as HOV lane ended.

Driver erraticaly proceeded South on Rt. 424.

I luckily performed maneuver to avoid this a-hole.

One of their drivers old white guy looks like a ex pipe head is driving reckless on 695 in Washington DC and flipping me off because I beeped at him ,he almost hit my dump truck lucky for this company he didn’t because I definitely would of sued
