Dave and Rachel have really done a great job of maintaining a pair of 2006 Yamaha VX 110 waverunners. Though they both ran when I purchased them in the fall of 2020, they had serious issues for the first two years I owned them. A few thousand dollars to get them both in ship shape resulted in a great trouble-free season this year. They won't over promise and under deliver. If they can't get you in right away, they will push you off until they can perform the work, and they will be ready when promised unless they need to wait for parts. If your on edge about throwing good money after bad, they can be trusted to give you an objective survey and not have you pay for work you won't recover in having a good time on the water.

Recently had my 2 jet skis in for service. These folks are absolutely phenomenal in all facets of their business. I had asked them to replace the seats but they recommended that they be reupholstered for a lot less money. The skis now look and run great. Excellent business to work with!

Bought a new-to-me SeaDoo late last season. R&D did a thorough mechanical evaluation to make sure everything was good to go prior to purchase. Subsequently, they’ve winterized and just recommissioned it for the summer. Service is quick, efficient, and at a very affordable price. They’ve earned my trust and my future business.

Best and quickest service in the area. I would recommend them over any other shop I’ve been to. I’ve been able to drop my ski right off, and get it within the same week (granted there were no serious damages or need for repairs). Pricing is fair and they gave great advice and answers to my questions regarding my WaveRunner. Small Business but does service like professionals, I won’t take my WaveRunner anywhere else!

Absolutely outstanding service. Rachel and Dave helped me rehab a pair of neglected Waverunners. The skis were ready when promised and run perfectly. Their pricing is very reasonable and they always take the time to answer any questions thoroughly. It is rare to get this level of service these days, particularly from a small private business. David and team are awesome. Despite me being out of state commonly order all my boating tech from them. Best part is when there is a an issue he is more than willing to jump in and help even when it has nothing to do with him. Great customer service, amazing support and couldn’t be happier.

I highly recommend R&D Powersports for your marine engine needs. I just had Dave perform the 500 hour service on my Yamaha 200HP. He was awesome throughout the whole process. Got the job done in the time he said he would and stayed within the estimate (had a couple of unexpected items that needed to be addressed) but that's to be expected. He even took care a couple of items that are not part of the 500 service.

He kept me updated as he was doing the work and sent me several pictures as he was doing the service.

I’ve been to R & D Powersports so many times that I’ve lost count (5 years specifically). For the longest time, this place has been my go to when getting my bike fixed. Whenever they’re servicing my bike, they always go the extra mile and it’s always good quality and customer service. The communication extraordinary and I’ve never had a problem.
