Kevin is masterful at this job. He knew everything about the facility, contract, and rates and provided excellent customer service in the process. He showed me several units before I was able to discern which size I needed. Having been in this neighborhood for 21+ years and never having done business with Public Storage, Kevin has made this part of my moving and transition as smooth and calm as possible. If you rent a unit from Public Storage in Venice, ask for Kevin and try to get in when he here. Thanks Kevin! Solid rep and super stoked by the service.

Hi, I just want to say thank you for all the great work you and your staff do there. Friendly, helpful and intelligent from the crew to the detail in which the venue is run. It all makes sense and the detail that goes into that deserves appreciation. If you are thinking about having a storage I highly recommend choosing them and thanking them for all the fabulous work they do to make it all easy and good for you!!

Nice and clean facility, even considering the location. Their customer service is really good, although they don’t seem to have an onsite team…(I didn’t see anyone around 9:30-10 am on a weekday.)
The one negative comment, the locks that they have on some of their units are very tricky. And you really have to triple check that you are locking the door. (But I imagine that they add a bit more security.)
Otherwise, it’s a very user friendly facility.

I have no idea how this retains a high rating. It is definitely convenient for me as it is a few blocks from my house, However over 50 percent of the time, the elevator nearest to my unit is out of service, meaning I have to lug my belongings much further to the one operational elevator which often gets backed-up. As someone one with a physical handicap, what seems as not a big deal to many, actually poses some challenges to me. They being said, they are are highly efficient at raising the rent like clock work.

William and Kevin are super helpful! I downsized my storage space yesterday and both made the experience of moving a much easier experience! Thankful they were there to help facilitate! Very clean and organized facility 🙂

This has by far been my favorite facility. It’s always clean. The bathrooms are clean. There aren’t any weird smells in the halls. It’s well lit. And Will and Kevin are sweethearts. They have amazing customer service and go out of their way to see that I’m enjoying my experience, I’ve seen them do this with everyone. Kevin is very thorough when problem solving. And Will always makes a point to ask how I’m doing followed by a quick friendly chat. Like he actually remembers the stuff I tell him and will ask me how those projects are going. He’s so encouraging! It’s funny I get bummed out when I come on their days off. Because of these two I’m a returning customer to this location. This facility is a bit more expensive and off route from the one I originally booked with. But I started to remember how boring my trips here are on their days off and realized it will forever be like that if I go elsewhere. So I moved my reservation just for the laughs and to avoid the musty hallways at other facilities.

I had a great experience at Public Storage in Venice today, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Kevin. There are two Kevins at this location, and one of them went above and beyond to assist me with a very difficult situation. What could have been a stressful/emotional experience was made seamless, and I truly appreciated his effort to make everything much easier than I expected.

The other Kevin was also incredibly kind and helpful, contributing to the positive atmosphere and showing genuine care for the customers. Additionally, I spoke with Nelly over the phone, and although I didn’t work with her directly, she was very sweet, kind, and professional.

Overall, my experience with both Kevins and Nelly at Public Storage in Venice was fantastic. They were all personable and truly made the process smooth and pleasant. I'm very grateful for the seamless experience they provided. Highly recommended!
