The service in Charlotte County is absolutely terrible. The customer service is unbelievably the worst. If you cancel your service, they'll drag the process out for a whole month, treating it like it is an essential utility, just to charge you another month. The wait times are endless. They don't even deserve one star they deserve 00000

My internet speed has been 2 mbps for over 4 months. I've had 2 techs here to fix it and the speed is never fixed. It's 2 or below all the time. I've been on a "temporary" feed for a year, last tech said the line was stretched because some heavy limbs fell on it. He added a new piece of "temporary" line and spliced it to the old one. Didn't fix the speed nor did he order a new direct burial feed.
I've waited on hold with customer service for 45 minutes + only to be "transferred to a tech" and put on hold for another 35-40 minutes. They said "it's faster to schedule service online" but have no answer when I tell them that my internet signal isn't strong enough to accomplish that.
They were the only service available in my area until about 4 months ago.
I switched to Xfinity yesterday, so far it's much better.
I can't imagine what I would have done if I worked from home.

Kept raising the price till I was paying $114.00 a month for 25 Mbps internet only. Just switched to T-Mobile for 50 a month. Taking the modem back to em today.

Most horrible customer service..every number I call has a busy dial tone or there is no one to answer after being on hold half hour or better..there are 2 fake locations on web too...1441 Tamiami trl Unit 983 port charlotte AND 4410 Warren Ave, El jobean. Drove to them both and non existent...very strange..I need to talk with some one about some issues on e mail..no one is anywhere...

This is day 30, 3rd work order, 9th scheduled time, 2nd modem 1 tech showed up the rest were no call no shows and to top it off the 4th day of missed work. Customer support is a joke. Sad thing is they are the only service providers in this neck of the woods
