They can come in person or virtually. Their formal Records of Discussion are well formatted, and the note takers do a great job of dialing in on the key themes and moments from the meetings. It makes it easy to edit them later on. These records of discussion are really important for posterity, so that anyone coming in to work on the file can clearly understand what happened at these meetings.
