Lost in Frenchlation is an amazing opportunity to familiarize yourself with French cinema, as they do movie screenings with English subtitles! Having attended multiple events, I can surely say that I got to meet fellow movie lovers, enjoy a wine tasting, and have fun watching many movies, being able to hear the original voices while understanding everything thanks to the subtitles!
I really loved every single event I went to, and I will certainly continue to attend their fun screenings!

Lost in Frenchlation is an experience that you must do in Paris! As a film student, it is not only a fabulous way to broaden my horizon of French films, but it also allows me to connect with other expats in Paris and improve my French language skills. Screenings are shown in multiple cinemas across Paris, so it is easily accessible. Plus, most screenings are followed by Q&As with the cast/crew… there’s truly something for everyone!

Lost in Frenchlation was one of the first events I attended when I came to Paris. I really loved it, loved watching a French movie in France where I could obviously understand. I wanted to socialize and people were really nice but being the shy person I am I couldn't :') But the atmosphere was really nice, I would recommend it to anyone.

If you want to experience French cinema without knowing French this is the place to go! Plus, you can have an incredible experience meeting new people, making friends, having drinks before the screening and then, when you think it couldn’t be better, they have Q&A with the director of the movie you just watched! I highly recommend!
