Terrific place to help homeless. They connected me to a Group "MHALA" that got me a studio apartment and off the streets. Thankyou to my counselor Noemi,MSC & MHALA for all you did! You are Angels! God Bless You?!

The amazing things that these people pull off is the time in efforts that they put into us people that are homeless the resources does they make available to us. I believe that each and every member of the MSC should be given a set of wings because they are angels they go far beyond the limits to help us to get back into society and function as people and to be accepted and function in life as everybody else does despite our faults our addictions and everything else that we face period the compassion I have experienced from my advocates navigators case managers etc are amazing. They have helped me get over many things in my life that have held me back and stop me from reaching my goals to be a better mother and a better woman. They showed me that I'm worth it and I'm strong that I can do this and now I'm taking control because of them

Been here over 2 and a half hours I was directed to sit in the lobby nobody’s spoke with me or let me know how long it will be until I’m seen poor service over all

Took a friend there for assistance after he lost his job, then his home and car from divorce. He was living on the street in a sleeping bag when I bumped into him. After 3 months , they provided him with a voucher for his ID and a bus pass. No shelter / temporary housing / rent voucher. ZERO. Appears they spend most of the government assistance money on themselves (salaries, office parties, and free meals for office staff). Also, very condescending attitude towards the homeless. My friend finally found Lutheran Social Service instead. Much better services.

I hope and pray I never become homeless and need to depend on Long Beach Multi Service Center. Their employees are a wretched bunch of cretins.
