We had a sewage backup in our basement in April. LDR did the restoration/construction work on the repairs. I can't say enough about the guys that came to do the work. 3 guys came that first day and started demo. Most all the work was done by Jake, Tom and Michael. The guys worked so hard everyday they were here. My husband told them they've renewed his faith in the work ethics of the next generation! They were easy to work with, polite, and hardworking. Jake took extra care to see that we were informed on what was going on and what needed to be done. He worked with us on any suggestions or concerns we had. We have a years old drain tile system (channel) that was partially removed during the mitigation (by another company). The drain tile company is no longer in business and the type of system we have cannot be replaced. LDR studied the circumstance, came up with a custom made replacement, and Jake repaired/replaced the damaged channel and we're good to go. I commend Jake and his fellow workers for a job well done!

I have used LDR in 2008 so when I had an overnight flood, I knew who to call. I called immediately in the morning and within one (1) hour I had a representative here to give me a quote. After accepting the quote, within one (1) hour, I had workers here sucking up water and setting up fans. They moved everything to ensure everything dries properly. They were very professional and helped us salvage some items. I would recommend LDR to anyone whom may be in the same position here.

Just want to give LDR a huge shout out we had a fire to our home last year Bryan and his team truly did an amazing job getting us back into our home as fast as they could they kept us in the loop about everything and was completely understanding of our needs and wants we are forever grateful for LDR making our home a home again. My experience with LDR was outstanding! We had a house fire that caused lots of smoke damage throughout the house. Mike K answered our initial call and came to our house that day to take a look at the damage and start getting a plan together. A clean up crew came to our house within the week to start initial cleanup and take our salvageable items to be cleaned and stored. Once the rebuild process started, Bryan B was our point of contact and did a great job explaining the work needed to be done to get my family back into our home in a timely manner.

Every member of LDR we interacted with was very helpful and understanding of my family’s situation. Mike, Jennifer, Bryan, and Matt went above and beyond to get our house repairs completed and our personal items cleaned and returned. Any type of house fire, flood, or damage is stressful to deal with, but I’m very appreciative of the work LDR accomplished and I cannot recommend them enough!

A day before Christmas of 2023 my kitchen and basement flooded. Called LDR and they were very speedy in coming out to dry and mitigate the mold in my house. Because of how caring and fast they were, I made sure to use them for my repair so far I am still struggling to have them show any concern or seriousness in my project. I feel like all I get now is all excuses because they are probably busy with other peoples work. I will not recommend for repairs but this might change but for now I am disappointed in the their repair work due to delay and not showing any form of seriousness. The work is to start tomorrow by Gods grace, I hope they give me reasons to smile because it’s not the same service Mike gave me when I first had this problem. I am tired of calling them too.

Ldr helped us when we needed it the most. They were very helpful through the whole process and included us in what we really wanted to see our future home to look like.
