They exploit foreign workers. As a Mexican interpreter they payed me 8usd an hour while they pay American workers 27 usd an hour for MEDICAL interpretation which is specialized, difficult and high performance. Also, they dismissed me after three years of dedicated work without an explanation.
This company lacks ethics and humanity and their exploitative practices should be regulated.

Worst service that you can get. Employees are not professional. I had terrible experience with Tetiana MacLean. For my father's SPEECH therapy, she showed up 30 min late (the whole therapy takes 60 minutes). She didn't even apologize, she just smiled and said something about traffic. She was very rude!!! Do not use them!!!

The worst company ever. Terrible communication. Poor HR and clueless Management. There are much better Interpretation and translation companies that really appreciate their professionals, treat and pay them accordingly. I hope they can re-evaluate their performance and become good leaders instead of bossy bosses. I am very disappointed ☹️

Do not work with this Agency!!! Very disorganized. Still missing a payment for an assignment that was completed three months ago. Management does not call you back.

The amount they pay their interpreters is ridiculous. Honestly, if you are going to hire an interpretation service please make sure they are not exploiting their workers.
