These people are very unprofessional.
First, I sent them my document through email, and I haven’t heard anything back from them. I called them to make sure they received them, and the lady who answered the phone told me togive her few minutes and she will call me back to tell me what happened …. NO call … NO text…. NO email.

I called them 2 days ago, the interpreter apologized for what happened before, he tried to catch up. He told to pick up my documents in 2 days. Which is something I appreciated. He had me pay the documents and gave me an appointment for today at 8:30 am knowing that they open at 9:00 am. I thought because they messed up before they don’t want to lose customers at least, especially I am an immigrant I may need so many documents to be translated. I was there at 8:00 am waiting for them… I missed my job …. And No one absolutely no one was picking up the phone when i was calling until 9am. Plus he was running late. I paid 135$ for two documents printed in regular paper in black and white folded in an envelope. I was shocked when he gave me the envelope.

Anyways, you are just unprofessional, you should completely change your method of work, or at least don’t give people appointments that you can not make. Thank you

Everything worked out. Communication was great (within a few hours) until the moment I paid. After that my emails were left without a response. I contacted them twice, to make
sure I get my papers on time for my dmv appointment but no answer. They did arrive on time! So everything worked out, that’s why I gave 3 stars but I just didn’t like the fact that they didn’t bother responding to any emails once I made the payment.
Also i was asking if I can get the translation via email as well but as I said no response. Payment was easy and translation were fine.

Ordered Chinese translation of transcripts on Dec 27,2021. Was told I would receive an email copy on Jan 5, 2021 and a mail physical copy few days afterwards. Mr. A. Werner and Mr R Rayes was courteous, professional and answered the phone promptly whenever I called.
I received an email that my translation was available Jan 3th. I then decided to drive to collect the physical copy instead of asking it to be mailed. Collected physical copy on Jan 6,2022.

I should add that just before I left to collect the document, I realize that I needed it to be notarized and called to ask if that service was offered. Mr Werner had already done it. I received 2 notarize copy of the translated documents. Exceptional service.

Would use this translation center again.
