I called yesterday about a cat on their Facebook page. They said the cat was still being held in case the owner claimed it and to call back in the morning. I called this morning and they told me the hold would end at 1:30 and to call at 2. I called at two and they said the cat was still available and I could schedule an appointment to come in at 4:30 (the earliest time slot) and they took my name and phone number. I understand that because of covid they have to limit the amount of people and I was fine with this. Then they called 20 minutes later and said the cat had already been adopted...I figured if I was giving my info and getting an appointment they would hold the cat until then. I was scheduled for the next available time slot. If they had wanted I would have filled out the application on the phone and paid them then and there. They didn't give me this option, and I don't know how I could have done anything differently. I'm very disappointed. I feel like this could have been handled better on their part.

I recommend you stay far away from this place. I question how close attention they pay to the animals they take in. They clearly don't care about animal safety. My brother in law was given an animal who they did not disclose was pregnant and they still wanted to have her spayed within the month although that is clearly a greater health risk to the animal. Just because something can be done doesn't mean it should be done

The worker in charge of the dogs was very friendly, he was sweet to the dogs and kind to us when we visited, he even had to stay later because I was indecisive about which dog to look at. All but two dogs were playful and sweet the day I visited. They have a trial period for pre adoption and the doggies are $45 each for adoption, with a $40 voucher for vaccine/ shots.

Not sure what they do but I do know that they don't give rabies shots nor do they service animals. Moar gov't waste.
