The staff at J&R Canopy were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The shop was very clean which is a huge bonus for me. They got the cover for my truck ordered and installed within two days and it only took them about 45 minutes to do the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for truck covers, canopies and other accessories. Thanks so much guys

Absolutely the best !!! 8 weeks on the dime.. My appointment was at 1pm , I got to the shop early at 12:30 and they had my canopy installed before my appointment even started. Thank you guys for the speedy service/installation… the paint matches perfectly..

Long story but if I had not had my initial conversation with Dan this would be a one star. That gentleman was as kind as can be. We mixed up something and I never received emails of a floor model I was wanting to purchase. After not getting an email I bought a practically brand new canopy from a wrecking yard with everything ready just needed wired to my truck and was told we don't work on wrecking yard finds... I mean I was just trying to bring a some business your way even though it's not a custom order canopy through you guys you could have helped me out. Just frustrating. Again I do wanna say that my first conversation with the gentleman named Dan was amazing and informative, the next day different employee different attitude.

Jason and the rest of the crew at J&R are fantastic. Old-fashioned real deal customer service, and very knowledgeable about products and the industry. If you're local, know that we're lucky to have a spot like this in our backyard. If you're in the valley, it's worth the trip to Bend to get your canopy or accessories here. I recommend J&R highly! I wish I didn’t even have to give this place one star the lady that owns the place is so incredibly rude. I had an issue with a warranty and I bought a canopy, Yakima rooftop rack and a rod vault. she was so rude about replacing one of my crossbars after I bought $5000 worth of merchandise with them. I would not recommend this place based on the customer service alone. They’re great when they want to sell you something, but if you need any help with any kind of follow up, she acts put out and is very rude. She even wanted to charge me for labor for a warranty which she made me go through Yakima for. Instead of just replacing the crossbar for me which would have been easy for her. Erica is horrible. This review is not based on one interaction every time I’ve dealt with her she has been rude. UNACCEPTABLE. If there was another canopy dealer in town she would not get away with that kind of behavior.

I was very impressed with J & R this week on my canopy project. I bought a used canopy a few months ago and I wanted to get the Third Brake Light wired, along with the dome light. They wires had been stripped and pulled out, not pretty... I worked with both Jason and Larry to get the job done. These guys went above and beyond to get everything done even though my F350 was putting up a fight with a wiring gremlin. The guys were friendly, positive and professional through the whole process. They not only did a quick and quality job but did it at a very fair price. When it was all said and done, I got everything thing I wanted plus some USB outlets and regular outlets in the bed of truck! It is sweet, a campers dream! Thanks J & R, I'll be back!
