So I received a missed call about a hour ago on a Saturday from this place and I was slp. Not sure why on a Saturday and also I’m in humble tx. Business of operation should always be Mon-Fri and now I’m probably missing something important. This was a Dallas office calling me, smh please be sure to leave a vm nx! Ty

I really underestimated this place when I walked in. Staff members are really nice & very helpful. I was there no longer than an hr, something I never experience in the pass. I want to thank Kelly for being so helpful & patient while apply for services.

They are races here they let us sit there for 6 hours and we got no help this place needs help the old ladys working there should be at home drinking coffee cause they don't remember nothing sad

Great customer service. Staff is very helpful and patient. Great place to come to get food stamps plus you get them the same day you apply.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH KELLY & YASMAIN JENKINS!!! ❤️ Even though I was pleading with a nice supervisor to get some one on one/ face to face help, it ended up with a, “No can do!”
So, MS. YASMAIN JENKINS STEPPED UP to the PLATE & HELPED ME to the FULLEST!
That young lady was so VERY PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL & HELPFUL!!!
But what topped it off was, the KINDNESS & CARING she showed me within the short amount of time that I received her help! She had me calmer & gave me a reassuring feeling like everything was going to be OK & that everything was getting taken care of! Which was a load of stress removed from my life!
So, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH
YASMAIN JENKINS!!! I hope you realize what a HELPFUL & AMAZING PERSON YOU ARE & the IMPACT YOU have on even just a regular person such as myself! YOU’RE AWESOME & KEEP UP the GREAT HELP & WORK that YOU DO!!!?
(For being 1 of the smaller locations, me personally, I have ALWAYS been received with much respect & HELP! ALL the FRONT DESK/WINDOW EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING the “SECURITY OFFICERS/LADIES” are ALL SO VERY RESPECTFUL & HELPFUL!!! I’ve NEVER had just 1 HHS office that EVERY TIME you come in, you actually get ALL your questions ANSWERED & get handed ALL the HELP you can receive. ALL FROM 1 OFFICE, ALL IN 1 STOP!!!)
