I have been coming to Health R Us for 2 years. I accomplished my Medical Assistant volunteer hours. Health R US is my top recommendation! The staff is nice and caring for your needs. They put the patient first. It was a wonderful getting to shadow them. The MA taught me many things in terms of becoming a Medical Assistant. As a patient or student, they will welcome you with open arms. I would recommend this urgent care if you are looking for a place to volunteer.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called a day in advance to ask if this clinic too kaiser insurance, they told me yes. The next day I bring my mother in to be seen. They take her co-pay charge, we waited 2 hours too be seen for them to tell her that they don't take kaiser and that she needed to make an appointment with her primary doctor. If that was an option we would have done that, that's why we were at urgent care. But what disgusts me most is that they knew they werent gonna help her but had us wait so that co-payment could process though. Disgusting. Do not recommend at all

I made an appointment in advance and just like the last times my appointment was canceled because the dr had an emergency. For the 3ed time .I'm thinking the dr here just likes to go home early and don't care if someone like me lost there ability to have kids because it was to late after getting to the hospital when they canceled my appointment I had no idea testicular contorted can be so bad thanks to this place I was seen to late little did we know I was having a real emergency thanks for the help real professional if I can't have kids because this my attorney will let you know .

The staff and nurse practitioner are excellent. The office is always busy and the staff are polite, answer questions and do their best to get everyone seen in a timely manner. The nurse practitioner is a great professional who we have so much confidence in. She answers all of our questions and practices cleanliness with each pt. They all need a raise in pay ?

I got accepted to do my externship here as a phlebotomist student and it has been amazing. I am learning new skills each day. The doctors and staff are super nice, helpful, and I definitely recommend coming here, the care is amazing.

As always I make an appt online so when I come in my check in is smooth. This last visit was quick and only had to wait for X-rays . I will continue coming here for my kids and I. our experience has always been pleasant, needs met and medicine is always at my pharmacy before the day even ends . Thank you to all the staff !! You guys are awesome & I would recommend others to come here

My family and I have been coming here for years. Dr Chris and Dr Riley are always accurate in treatment and have great bedside manner. Brooke and Jimmy are always fast and efficient and have always been so kind and go out of their way to help. I Highly recommend this urgent care.
