Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience here. Work was supposed to be done back in December. It is now almost April and the work still isn't completed. Originally told it would take a week. It's been 4 months since the beginning of the contract. He was recommended by a friend. This delay has costed me thousands of dollars.

Update: There is nothing poor about the construction of my home. It is a $500K custom home. Nevertheless, nothing in construction is exact. Therefore, it was up to you to get the exact measurements for the exterior rails.

You informed me that once you arrived on site with the material, it would take a week to install. Not that it would take a week to fabricate and install. Nevertheless, it has been 4 months.

You provided me with two deadlines that you established, two months apart. The second one two months after the first. Both were exceeded.

This review is honest feedback to help you improve your business.

Excellent work done by G&R welding and fencing.
We needed a secured long dog run for our four legged child. I showed Cody a picture what I was thinking I would like to have, and he created this awesome run it’s secured and painted the color to match our fence. I am very happy with the service he provided, wrapped up this big project within two days as he promised. Thank you, Cody! You gave us the peace of mind and made our pup very happy.

Sorry to share this, but Cody Braughton installed 4 shade sail posts for our pool. I provided a conceptual design but unfortunately I think Cody underestimated the need for the footings and shorted the concrete. So now, two of the four posts have moved and must be re-installed at a cost higher than my original cost. As we removed the posts, there was not adequate concrete in the footings. I am hopeful that the other two may hold because of soil conditions and my oversight on these rwo installations.

I called Cody but he did not respond and I decided to use someone more knowledgeable to re-inall the two bad post installs..

I could recommend Cody for small jobs such as fences and non-structural work, but nothing more.

I had Cody build be me a large pipe fence with multiple gates as well as a completely separate gate for my driveway entry. He did a wonderful job, there were a few weather delays but as soon as my yard was drivable he was back and busting his hump. He really does a great job with his gates and fences. Would recommend to anyone.

Cody and Crew came out and reworked my old swing gate to a sliding gate. Cody gave me a competitive quote for the work before they started and the bill was on the money. The job was challenging and had several problems. Cody cheerfully overcame every obstacle to make the old gate work. Cody and crew not only did great work, they went out of their way to get the job right. Cody Broughton knows excellence and produces excellence. If you don't consider G & R for your welding, fencing and gate work, you will pay too much for less quality.

Business owner is not a man of his word. Did work for him and got stiffed on the payment. Particularly upsetting since it was a very small amount of money. But his poor judgement in handling that transaction should make others think twice about using him for jobs where thousands of dollars might be involved. Hate posting this...but Mr. Broughton's indignant behavior compelled me to do so.
