I am glad I went to see him because he is a shoulder specialist and I have a minor shoulder fracture but fracture nevertheless. I went back this time for a follow up and he was very nice and explained how my shoulder is healing and that I will need Physical Therapy, of course. I will follow up again in six weeks. Very glad I went to see this doctor and can recommend him completely without misgivings.

Bedside manners, professionalism and all around attitude is not enough to describe Dr. Lerebours. From our visit to his office to the day of the operation on our son’s ACL everything went as scheduled and perfect! He was the “ONLY” Dr. that came to the waiting room to talk to us with photos of the operation & explanation of the procedure.
No other Dr. came to talk to any family member that day.
His staff and everyone at Dr.’s hospital were very helpful and supportive.
We definitely need more Dr.’s like Dr. Lerebours who is compassionate with his patients & family.

5 stars is nearly not enough stars to give Dr. Lerebours and his entire team for the amazing work they do and the passion in which they do it. l met Dr Lerebours on a consult. The moment he walked in and introduced himself, I felt so comfortable, can’t quite describe the feeling , his vibe, energy, his confidence, something within me clicked and I knew he would be the one to perform my surgery. I recently had full shoulder arthroplasty. A very successful one I must add.
While still at the hospital in a recovery room, I overheard something that for sure confirmed I had chosen the right surgeon and team.
Outside recovery room liz A. Ushry (Dr Lerebours nurse) was asked by a hospital nurse. “ Will we be getting a post-op protocol list of instructions to use as the guide and give to patients after their surgery? “. Liz replied “ every patient is different, you will get specific instructions after every procedure. The hospital nurse asked again. So you will email us a post-op protocol to follow and give patients after their surgery. Liz replied again. Every patient will have their specific instructions that is how Dr Lerebours likes to proceed. Some patients the Dr will begin PT the day after surgery, some patients the doctor may have then wait a couple of days. Each one will have their individual set of instructions. I was amazed thinking to myself , Wow this is how every Dr should treat their patients like individuals not just a file number. I smiled and rejoiced for I had made the right decision. Today, 20 days post surgery and I have a greater range of motion than before the procedure. I am very pleased and satisfied with the results so far as I look forward to regaining my full range of motion. To Dr. Lerebours and his entire team, I wish them all the best and God bless them always.

Pleasant experience from my first clinical visit to the arthroscopic procedure I had yesterday. Before they rolled me out to the operating theatre, Dr Lerebours came in with his usual nice smile, chatted a bit about the procedure, then gave me a « high five » of encouragement and left. My nurse Lucia was very nice, serious about the protocole, my participation to my own care, being a diabetic. The whole team from the parking attendants to the reception, then the registration and admitting staff, the small army of nurses, anesthesiology team and others worked like the parts of a timely clock. Even my physical therapist for my first session as seen in one of the pictures impressed me. If I sounded euphorical, they are all to blame. Good Job Total care Team?
