Very bad interview experience. They are conducting 2/3 round of written test, after that face to face and finally they say you are not selected for this position because of commission gap. They are not mention in their JD, they need strong communication skill for a developer or a technical position.I go through the company profile they have very bad experience with the candidate who was came for the interview. In the last when I ask this is not the valid reason for rejection, he is argu with me. At last thanks nice experience.

Actually I have completed first round self introduction and salary details and second round technical round also completed my feedback is also good interviewer sad u can wait out side told to me ok I am waiting for the 3rd round another person is camed to me they said we will inform 5 clock in call. But there is no response from their side.

I am a fresher and I told them first they called for the interview & then they cancelled when I reached the office..Then they say they need a experienced person for the job role.They should have said that before reaching to the office and I came from far away ..Also they didn't even show up to me and talk personally.very bad experience for me.U should have rejected us by taking one round it would have been worth for traveling this far.Totally bad experience..

don't go for interview in this company, they don't have any work , they are calling candidates only for time pass. Not entertaining candidates properly.
Management need to improve and hr people are worst there. Lots of misconception and no commitments with candidates.
worst experience.
I don't want give a single star bt its technical need only............. This Guy's are irresponsible still they didn't contact me. Worst organization

Such an awful interview experience.
You will clear all the interview, you will be asked your expectations, intact they will agree on that and later they will tell you sorry we won't be able to provide that much.

Even after you agree to their package, you won't get the job. Such a wastage of my almost 7 days.

Its my personal experience.

Do you guys follow any standard process for hiring?

I spent my 3 days ,made me to come to ofc only to attend Skype round also with a guy in swiz.

I gave 6 rounds of interview as of I am going to be deployed in any research work.

1 written, 2 technical f2f ,1 f2f with hr manager, again s Skype call with a guy from swiz (must attend from ofc only) after all these I came to know from consultancy that you have shortlisted my profile.

I didn't get any response for a month ,after multiple follow-ups I got call about salary details from consultancy.

Next day again called me for normal discussion with hiring manager and took a technical round.fine after all these again sent me back by saying you will get Skype call! Kidding me seriously?

Bad experience as an interviewee. I answered all the questions asked by the interviewer. Later he told try somewhere else as you have a lot of skills and said goodbye. If I want to try somewhere else, why would I attend at EF? As a company, it is a good one though.

I appeared for the 2nd round technical interview for network admin role with Elden Dsouza and was rejected...I was anyways not going to take the offer even if I was given and was just a waste of time
