The reviews are right, every company rating website of all on google averages 2.4 stars in work life for a reason. Their management is terrible, work load is overfilling, the pay for the amount of work they put on to you is very very very underwhelming, they are cheap, most files are disorganized and management is very poor with communication.

I saw some reviews on glassdoor saying that this place was a revolving door where people are hired and fired on a regular basis. I wanted to give this place a chance to see if this was true and unfortunately this was exactly what I observed.

You'll likely find that the first couple of shifts are okay, but it just goes downhill from there. The managers Jo and Margarita don't communicate clearly and have no loyalty to the people they hire. If you have an off day, they don't care - you could get fired at any time.

Their expectations are also too high and although they encourage you to take breaks, the amount of work they expect doesn't really allow you to take breaks at all. You'll be expected to type out like 20 pages per hour while listening to people talk quickly back and forth and if there are any errors you could get fired (they won't tell you that either). Also, they'll tell you one thing and expect another without communicating anything to you, and then you'll get blamed in the end for not reading their mind.

I realize students apply to these jobs because they need money and I was one of those people. Don't waste your time on this job though because there's no stability, the expectations are unrealistic, the atmosphere isn't very friendly, and the managers are disrespectful and lack communication skills. Also, it doesn't help that sometimes the managers talk loudly among one another while you're trying to type so it can sometimes get pretty distracting.

Overall, avoid!!
