I had an appointment at 11:30am.
They have called 3 times to confirm i would be there at 11:30, and sent many text messages.
I got there at 11:30 sharp, and now an hour later im still there waiting and staff is very rude when i ask when in gonna be seen. Just left and never coming back. I suggest you find a more professional clinic that knows how to respectfully treat patients and who dont assume thag their time is more valuable than yours

Dr. Lawrence Miller is overwhelmed by patients and was unable to get approval for his recommended treatment for five months. Getting paperwork to be excused for Jury Duty and a handicap placard was exceptionally difficult through his office staff. I had not been in contact with Dr. Miller or his staff for over a month, however for whatever internal failure and deflection, my appointment was canceled today with a defamatory call to my worker's comp attorney that despite me sitting in silence in the waiting room patiently for my appointment I was told I was making a scene. When I asked the receptionist to call my attorney and clarify that did not happen, she apparently doubled down and said I was there last week. I was out of town last Monday, the only day he keeps office hours in Orange County. He and his staff cannot deliver and have no qualms about defaming patients.

I've been seeing Dr Miller for my cervical radiculopathy. And he's been very caring and concerned about my condition. His staff has also been very helpful with paperwork or just a simple question, not to mention his surgical staff is just as wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank Dr Miller

He is the best pain management doctor I've seen. And trust me I've seen a lot. When you are booking your appointment and have a short window, just let the receptionist know. They really do care and want to take care of patients. He treated me for a pain I've had for years and I'm now starting to feel better.
