By far the absolute best primary care physician in Fresno. She has wonderful bedside manner and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the extra time not only to deal with the reason for your visit, but shows true concern about your overall well being. She has even called me herself with lab results. A true gem.

She cares about your health and will if there is an issue she may not info for, she will find a specialist for it. This has helped me with my mental and physical issues I've come across. Called to try and set up an appointment and was put on hold for quite a while. After I gave them my info they denied me without even checking my insurance just because they've "never heard of it" it's AmeriBen Blue Cross! Very unhelpful but at least they were polite about being rude. Maybe if I called with a white name they would have been more helpful.

I've never experienced that level of care that Dr. Padilla has to offer from the beginning you can tell how much experience she has behind her and how she genuinely just wants to help her patient.

called as a new patient to make an appointment, they said the aren't taking new patients and I have to wait until July or August to be seen. I asked if I can make an appoitnment for then now and she said I have to call back in July! Ridiculous!!!
