I called to ask how much they charge for new owner registration/ name change. I was told $60 dollars plus DMV fees.My mother in law paid over $700 ( they charged her first before giving her any paperwork). When she received the paperwork the DMV fees were $449 meaning they charged her almost $300 for the service when I was told they charged $60 plus DMV fees. Please avoid this place or if you go ask how much the DMV fees are before paying anything. Do Not recommend, taking advantage of people.

This place is a rip off nobody knows what they’re doing I came in there with the tax exams from the department of motor vehicles as all dealers have she knew nothing about it promise to give me a call back in an hour never heard from her I went there before ownership have changed when I charge the credit card they made a copy of my Social Security card and my drivers license upon request after figure it out later that that’s a scam I had to notify the Department of Social Security and cancel my credit card plus they have my birthday and my ID number so they could apply for more credit cards

While the staff was extremely friendly, we wasted the better part of yesterday here trying to get our car registered from out-of-state. They were kind enough to refund our money after we finally gave up after computer issues and an absent inspector. The whole idea behind a business like this is to save the customer time; and unfortunately, we just didn't have that experience here. We went to Finest City registration in Pacific Beach today, and we were out the door with plates in 30 minutes.

TERRIBLE service....she called me up, I explained what I needed, she sat there and flipped through a pile of papers for approximately 5 minutes..... while I sat in front of her waiting for her to respond.... the gal was rude and short and didn’t explain what she was charging and for what. Terrible attitude. Yaridia i think is her name. (The older lady attending another gentleman was very polite) I’d rather pay more money somewhere else for better service. DO NOT COME HERE....

DO NOT COME HERE!! I was warned by a friend that they took about a month to do a registration renewal and I took it with a grain of salt. It was the Worst decision i could have made to come here to get their help. I ended up waiting over a month and a half to renew my registration. I was constantly told it should be ready any day now for over a month when they originally said it should be ready in 5-10 business days (2 weeks roughly). When I ended up having to renew my other car I ended up going to the DMV and once I requested info to see how the one they “helped me” with was going their system said a bunch of paperwork was missing about a month after my transaction with them. Once I got my registration renewal the form confirmed the fact that fees and all that wasn’t paid until over a month after I first went to them. I will never be coming back here or letting friends and family come here after that not to mention they continued to say they’d look into it and call me back which they never did.
