The manager went above and beyond our expectations. After he mailed us the vehicle title, we mistakenly threw it away! Once he was informed of our situation, he scheduled an appointment at the DMV to get a new title before we spoke to him. When I called (stressed), he reassured us that this could happen to anyone and it could be fixed. He paid the fees and promptly sent the titles again. We could not ask for better service!
