Needed my brakes done on my truck was quoted almost 2500.00 by a well known shop in Redmond with 2 locations who I won’t name. Contacted C&R by a post on Facebook they got back to me almost immediately with 2 quotes. They said they could get me in in about a week and a half. They had an issue with parts they put in called said it would be the next day. 2.5 hours they called said it was done. Also had them lube everything underneath change brake fluid and other minor stuff. Total bill was about 1k less than the place in Redmond. Glad they are here on the Ranch. Very easy to work with.

I really wanted to support this local shop. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment which was totally fine. Once I dropped it off I didn’t hear anything for a week. When I dropped it off I gave clear instructions to drive the truck, switch it into 4wd and then back to 2wd. They would then hear the clicking and popping noises. After a week of not hearing anything I called and they told me they hadn’t driven yet. They did an inspection of the brakes and said it needed new pads and rotors. They said they would further diagnose the other problem. Another week went by with no contact. I called and was told they were talking to the tech and would get right back to me. The next day rolled around with no call and so I called back again. They still hadn’t looked at it. At this point my truck had been sitting there for over 2 weeks and I needed it back. Upon pickup they charged me $125 for basically doing nothing. The equivalent of a free brake inspection from Les Schwab. They made plenty of excuses about being busy. For a business that posts everyday about treating customers right, this was not it.

Brought my jeep in on an insurance claim, they did a great job fixing my suspension and undercarriage damage. Even got a lifetime warranty. Since then I’ve been in multiple times for various reasons and they’ve always been great/stand by their work!

I just had transmission fluid change, coolant change, differential fluid change and brake fluid flush done for my 2014 Honda CRV. All fluids and small parts were OEM. The first two services require per Honda a lengthy specific multistep method which was followed. All service work was performed per Honda spec. Impressive!
Ray the owner has a lot of experience in this field. His work shows his attention to detail seeing a job through in a conscientious manner. His charges for the work done were very reasonable given his expertise.
In the 10 years I have lived in C.O., other auto service providers I have tried both in Redmond and Bend don't come close to Ray's level of expertise. Finally someone I can trust with the care of my car.
Needless to say I'd suggest giving Ray a try!
