Aspire completely transformed our outdated, poorly designed bathroom. They reworked the entire layout, replaced an ill-fitting bath with a shower, and added height to one of the walls. Scott, who managed everything, kept the project on track and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly professional and friendly, paying attention to every detail and going out of their way to accommodate me while I was 9 months pregnant. We really appreciated the flowers they sent after our son was born just ten days after the renovation. Aspire's customer service is truly exceptional. I can't recommend them enough! Worth every single penny.

When we replaced our Gas Boiler with a new Electric Combi Boiler the service we received from ASPIRE was excellent - it was the boilers 1st birthday this week and 'Kyle' the engineer attended - very professional - and it was great it was him who installed the unit so that continuity helped. First time we used Aspire was back in 2022 when we purchased our new home. It needed a new boiler, radiators and revamped water supply due to lack of mains pressure on 4th floor. Back then all jobs were completed timely and as discussed. Very few snags we had were addressed immediately with the owner taking a personal interest in the quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Two years on, everything is working without a fault, our home is warm and cosy, and our water pressure is hotel-like across all outlets. The gas bills/consumption have also gone down due to the efficiency of latest generation boiler. We couldn’t be any happier!

Ever since buying this flat, we were looking forward to getting the bathrooms done too. They were good 15+ years old and a bit run down. We had leaks, tiles coming apart and all sorts of issues. At first, we visited couple big name showrooms in Edinburgh and also paid one of them £700 for a virtual design. After 3 unsuccessful design iterations we simply gave up because not only they didn’t understand our needs and vision but also the prices quoted for different elements were nearly double of what any retail customer could get themselves. That’s when we went back to Aspire at the end of 2023 and agreed the terms for our bathroom renovation. Business owner Ricky took a personal lead for our project and he delivered it faultlessly. In fact, he went above and beyond when additional repairs and fixes were required for both of our bathrooms due to extreme rot and damage to walls and flooring. The end result speaks for itself - superb high-end bathrooms (en-suite and a family bathroom) with underfloor heating, mood lightning, ceiling speakers, quality Hansgrohe brassware and Laufen ceramics etc. They both feel luxurious and we couldn’t be any happier! Again, all of that delivered bang on as per schedule and agreed budget. No unpleasant surprises! They even hired a team of professional cleaners to clean the property after all works were completed. It was spotless!

It’s safe to say that we are more than satisfied in dealing with this company. The owner truly cares about each customer as much as he cares about his own name and business. Having refurbished the entire home and dealt with dozens of trades in the process, Aspire Trade Services is the one I would happily vouch for myself and recommend to close friends and family. I was very impressed with Aspire from start to finish. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. The plumber who called to service the boiler was very professional from the moment he arrived. The bill when I received it was about £40 less than I was expecting. This is the first time I have used Aspire, but I will happily recommend them to others .

Aspire came to my house this week (Mon 25th November) to service my boiler, provide a gas safety certificate and to fix some central heating issues. The engineer/technician was fantastic. Another plumbing service quoted 5x the price for the same work. Instead of replacing a number of the radiator valves, he fixed them instead. He patiently and respectfully explained any problems we had. The work is to a high standard and I am pleased.

I first used them to replace my boiler 5 years in my previous home. They came round for boiler servicing when required. Again they were fantastic and I would recommend them to everyone.

We had Aspire Trade Services doing our annual Boiler Service and they made it so easy. Firstly, a letter from them made us remember it was about time for it! We booked very easily, the engineer arrived at the scheduled time, and he was very friendly. The job was perfectly done. 5 stars!

We get our Boiler serviced with Aspire every year. This month we had our Boiler serviced and 2 hours after Engineer left our home there was a fault on our Boiler.
Our Boiler has never had a fault on it for over 2 years, but the day we have it serviced it shows a fault, so no hot water or heating over the weekend.
Phoned up Aspire on Monday morning and told them the situation and was told we would have to pay nearly £150 to get fixed. This is after paying £75 for the Boiler Service in the first place.

I have been offered a half price Boiler service for next year, so I was quite happy with that.
