Not sure why they're so many poor reviews of this place. We had an issue with our Miele dishwasher and yes, it did take a 10 days for someone to come out; but they came. A day early in fact. They ordered the parts from Miele and a tech came out within days. He replaced the parts, ran a cycle and stayed to make sure there were no more issues. He even adjusted the machine to the proper height. I guess when you're dealing with expensive European appliances, issues will come up, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service. Yesenia, I hope I got her name right always was available and provided updates. You can't always go by reviews sometimes because most people just don't take the time to acknowledge good service, only bad. That's the way it goes unfortunately. It's a good company as far as I'm concerned.

Watch out! Rude, aggressive, unprofessional and liars.

They visited our home 3x to inspect our problem with the fridge. The first time the technician had no knowledge of the task and was on the phone with a professional. The second time a professional came and inspected that the fridge had to be taken out before they could perform any service - which the first technician should’ve noted it down.

The third time they asked for parking to be paid again even though the second time they cancelled the service due to their inadequate knowledge and when I asked if they could pay it this time they said okay and hung up.

They never showed up to the door and later I find out that they cancelled it without asking first and they lied saying we had been aggressive and that the guy felt threatened by us (?) The worst service experience I have ever encountered.

Rey (who I believe is the owner) is difficult to deal with. First he failed to let me know that the fridge needed to be off 24 hours before the technician arrived. Second, the price of my parts increased and nobody notified me until final payment was due and repair was complete. Finally, Rey was super rude over the phone when I tried pointing out this was unethical, wrong, and not my fault. Rey also threatened legal action against me if I failed to pay the increased amount. Horrible service, never use them.

Wow. I wish I had done my research. DO NOT USE ASG!!!!!!
ASG was recommended by the manufacturer. I called and spoke with Ray. He was very polite and thorough getting all the information on my appliances and the issues. My ice maker had malfunctioned and was pouring water inside my freezer. My microwave drawer fails to open and close using the buttons.
Ray said, and I quote: "The service call is $159 and that service call will be applied to the invoice." Remember this.
Now, the technician, Carlos, arrived on time and was very polite. He got right to work. I stayed available to answer questions and offer assistance. He spent a fair amount of time addressing the icemaker issue. As he began, he immediately started upselling a $219 "cleaning service" they offer for my built-in refrigerator. BTW, You have to sign a waiver because... IT MIGHT BREAK MY REFRIGERATOR
Red Flag #1
Upon finishing his diagnosis of my freezer, he explains that a solenoid has stopped working and is allowing water to flow continuously into the icemaker. He also States that during his testing the ice maker is malfunctioning and also needs to be replaced. I asked him to show me what malfunction he saw and he refused.
Red flag #2
He also said I would have to hire a 3rd party to have the refrigerator pulled out for the service and put back after the service. ASG does not do that.
Red Flag #3
Then, Carlos spent about 30 seconds pushing buttons on my microwave and told me "The micro switches are bad and need to be replaced." I explained to Carlos that I had already told Ray the button stopped working and needed switches. A simple Google search told me the microswitches break. I thought they would bring switches because it's a common problem. They didn't. So, why did Ray take my serial number?
Red Flag #4
Carols then hands me a bill for $319!?! I told him Ray quoted me $159. He said that it was $159 per appliance!! That was NOT explained. I was furious. Most companies charge around $50 per appliance for a service call. I thought $75 x 2 = $150
NOT ASG...
Red Flag #5
Now back to Ray's earlier statement. This $319 is not actually "applied" as a discount from the invoice, as they make it seem. It is only "applied" on the invoice as a line item!! I called and spoke to a woman on the phone who was very condescending with her semantics telling me that "the charge IS APPLIED to the invoice because it is on the invoice." SMH...
Red Flag#6
When the estimate came through, there were 3 additional items/parts on the list not mentioned. It was way more than just the 2 items the tech mentioned. Conveniently, these items are listed as plainly as can be... ice maker, solenoid, valve, valve, valve, bringing my total to $1200 ($1350 with the service call) to repair my ice maker. They never sent me an estimate for the microwave. I'm pretty sure that was a $300 money grab. I don't think they had any intention of helping me.

BTW, another company fixed my fridge on the spot  for $150!!!!!! A $50 service call and $100 part.

SERIOUSLY. Stay away.

I have to give 1 star because Google requires giving it in order to post a review but if I could give ZERO stars, I would.
This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with in terms of customer service. I have been dealing with them for MONTHS regarding repair of my Bosch dishwasher. I ordered the part that the company recommended in December 2017, which cost $470. Now, in March 2018, that part is paid for, yet it still in their possession. I have made several appointments for them to come and fix my appliance. After the first 2 no-shows I was promised that they were going to show up. I even hauled butt from Islamorada in order to get home to Miami to be there on time to open the door for them. And... What do I get? another NO SHOW. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... WHATEVER YOU DO. DO NOT USE THEM. Bosch needs to find better repair dealers in Miami, FL.

Any company is no better than the employees who interface with the public and the office staff making the appointment and follow up were very good. They are one of the only companies that promised to call 30 minutes before they came so we didn’t have to wait on site all day. And when we got tied up their guy was nice enough to wait and waived off our apologies when we got there. His name is Carlos Alanis.

Secondly he was very patient and knowledgeable in dealing with our Thermador appliances.

Finally he was a nice guy and fixed every concern we had and gave us good maintenance tips.

I agree with the other reviewers. I have had the WORST experience with this business. I only called them because they were on the list provided by Thermador's website of recommended repair companies. AND I WILL be calling Thermador to complain about them. They came out for my fridge which was freezing all the food I put inside it. They said it needed to be cleaned underneath. They said their next available appointment was almost a month later. I took it. They called that morning to say they would be there between 1:00 and 3:00pm. They never showed up. At almost 5pm, I called them and was told that the guy was running late and could be at my house at 7pm. Well, I live in a gated community, no service trucks are allowed after 7pm. I explained this and asked, ":Can someone come tomorrow morning?" And she said, :No. Our next available appointment is a week from now." Is that ABSURD? It was their fault. Not mine. I am done with this company. I will find someone else to fix my refrigerator.
