I engaged this company to design a septic system for our cabin in Kittredge, Co. The owner said he would gather the required documentation from JeffCo including the survey plat. He then drew up the septic field in relation to the property lines and our dwelling. As it turns out his design drawing positioned the cabin exactly 20 feet to the east which conveniently allowed the septic field to fit within the required setback from our west neighbor's property line. Only after we engaged an architectural firm was his mistake uncovered. This was after we paid him over $1500. At that point I confronted him with the mistake his excuse was "I am not a surveyor". Still hoping to somehow reposition the septic field field correctly I continued to reach out to Tim but found that he was either unable to or unwilling to continue his"service" to us. They don't provide a zero star review rating but that would more accurately reflect my opinion of this firm. You don't have to be a surveyor to look at plat map and measure based on the scale provided. The inability to do that goes beyond inept.
