I could not have asked for a better professional to fix my laptop. From start to finish, Ben was extremely friendly and accommodating. I'm a grad student with not a lot of funds but I needed my laptop as soon as possible because we've switched to online learning so I couldn't afford the priority fee. Ben was extremely understanding of my circumstances and came back with a diagnosis result by the end of the night. He also finished fixing my laptop within the next day and kept me updated at every step. His prices are more than fair and I was more than happy with his services. His personality makes him a delight to talk to! I would recommend him to any and all of my friends and family if they ever have computer issues.

In the world of technology, it is sometimes very difficult to find someone who is reliable, trusting, and willing to put in the effort to find problems and errors. Benjamin, the owner, however, provided great customer service, was communicative throughout the entire process, and willing to put in the effort to find out what was wrong with my computer. He walked me through step by step, explained everything he was doing thoroughly, and far exceeded my expectations. He would communicate when parts would come in and provided reasonable updates regarding an expected pickup time and date.

I highly recommend anyone wanting to fix there computer! 10/5 stars!

5 star service, professionalism, knowledge, customer service, all around savior! My computer was hacked, locked and a big mess. Ben unlocked it, cleaned it up and got it back to better than before! I had a couple of minor glitches I only noticed after operating it after the repair and Ben so kindly, so graciously, so service oriented, remotely helped me to reset a couple Windows things - he is excellent. And , he did it on a moments notice, as soon as I contacted him he took care of it. I'm really, really pleased with his work, his patience, professionalism and the price was fair, Very reasonable price for the work that was done, which included the later tune up after hours, thank you Ben! Great job, life saver, definitely HIGHLY recommend and will definitely use him again if ever needed.

Ben's expertise never ceases to amaze me. I went to him again a couple of years after he resolved my computer issue. This time it was Microsoft's faulty updates that caused my computer to freeze when it tried to start up.

Ben fixed it in a couple of days. My computer is running like a brand new computer again! He did a wonderful job once again! During the entire process, he communicated with me and kept me posted with the progress of my computer. When I was picking up my computer, he gave me a clear explanation of what he did during the process. This is how I can tell that he is a very meticulous professional who will thoroughly examine and fix your computer and not skimp on anything. He really genuinely cares about his customers. Ben is someone that I deeply trust and just like a lot of people, I am his lifelong customer.

Overview: Ben is not only a very professional and kind computer repairer, but a great friend you can count on. I had an issue with my mid-2012 MacBook pro and he ended up fixing it within a respectable amount of time. I really liked that he gave me specifics of what he did to track the source of the problem just in case it comes again and I need it to be fixed. Ben is a hidden gem when it comes to fixing computers and has no gimmicks to make you pay more than what you really need. He's been at this place for 15 years and been fixing computers for 20 (?, Something like that) years, you can count on him. My final note on Ben is that he is very passionate and very one-on-one with his customers.

If I could give this business six stars I would. I went here looking to recover some data from an external hard drive with my photos, documents from work/school, etc that stopped working. Within 24 hours Ben said that there was good news and that the data was all there. It was only a power issue so he didn't have to actually do any data recovery. He was completely honest! He could've said here's your data that I recovered and collected the money!! Additionally, Ben is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and has fair prices to begin with as I have gone to him for another service. Highly recommended.

Ben is a very informative and honest worker. He kindly opened our Mac and checked for damage. He let us know possible situations and the cost of each situation and part. He didn’t charge us for the a brief examination and had a clean set up. I would definitely recommend him because he is honest, professional and did not appear to be greedy. Great service!

Woohoo! As good as it gets!

All changes saved

Ben is the man. Honest, skilled, extremely professional. My PC had crashing issues and other issues because of the Windows April 2018 update and brought my Dell XPS 8900 to Ben. He also installed a new Video Card in lighting time.

The first thing that comes to mind is his great customer service. Most technicians are impatient and have bad people skills. Ben cares and it really shows. He kept me updated with regular texts and he answered all of my questions before/during/after. He genuinely wants to help his clients. I can tell his work is something he takes great pride in and that is refreshing.

If I run into any future issues or I have any questions, I'm going to Ben immediately. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him.

And in case you're concerned (since it is Alhambra and I'm Asian myself), Ben's English is perfect.
