Very unprofessional Sonja doesn't listen to you when you clearly tell her why your there and what you need help with she persist on getting other information that has nothing to do with employment also pushes for help with things you don't need because I've already have them in place. She basically just reads a script fallows it and doesn't listen to you period! horrible experience I suggest if you get her just switch because you won't get anywhere.

The lady with black hair is very kind and professional. The other women there are rude! It’s a place to help people but clearly the women working here don’t understand. Will be filing a complaint about how I seen them treating someone today who simply didn’t want to give his last name
