these people are amazing. luiz and lucas (with daniel) responded to my call immediately. they scheduled a visit to come I immediately got an appointment information via email and also text their ETA was texted to me showing that when they would get here. They got here five minutes early and waited to ring me exactly on appointment time. that by itself shows how they respect people’s time and their great personality. When I saw them, they were both very kind and professional. I highly recommend them thanks

Pat and Tom installed a 5 ton heating and AC unit in my garage/workshop, last summer, and now I can make saw dust 7/24 all week long. Their work was exceptional. Service after installation was done without question. Pat replaced a part in my electrical panel that was defective.

R&C Heating and Air have exceeded my expectations for the 2nd year! I have always spoken to someone on my first call and quickly scheduled maintenance for my Goodman heater. Last year my heater needed a new motor - it was over 10 yrs old, so no surprise. Vincent serviced my heater today including testing my thermostat and replacing the battery. I appreciate this company's quick service and value. 5 stars!

R & C came out to my house on June 27 to completely recharge my small split inverter Pioneer AC unit that after three years lost its cool. They were thorough, looking for leaks, completely vacuuming out the system and recharging it with fresh refrigerant (whatever it is called). It worked great for a couple months, but then slowly got warm again. I don't think it was their fault, they did a thorough job. Sometimes things like very small leaks are hard to find.

So, Oct 2, I called them back and told them what happened. They came back to my house and fixed the problem at NO CHARGE - a very fair thing to do since most contractors rarely guarantee a job for over 30 days. This was more than 90 days later.

So, while they were here, I also asked them to look at my other AC unit which was better, but also not like new. They recharged that one also and only charged me half-price. A good company that stands behind their work.

Excellent, honest, professional service from the owners who actually do both the diagnoses and the repairs if needed, unlike other large HVAC companies like Action Air, that sends a tech out, says I need an new condenser and another person needs to come out to bid it. Tom and Pat said it was running fine and just needed Freon. I'm a Realtor and totally appreciate owner proprietors who have integrity that do the work themselves. Thanks guys!
