Mr. Fox was timely, caring, and provided excellent service in providing transport services for my Mother. Unexpectedly, a medical emergency occurred and Mr. Fox was understanding, supportive, flexible, and resourceful while emergency care was being provided to my Mom making medical transport the least of our worries!
