Friendly people and convenient location. The facilities are installed improperly. Water in the shower was either scalding hot or ice cold. Extention cords across the floor. Thermostat mounted improperly. A/C worked but old and noisy.

Very tired old motel. TV did not work, bathroom was very dirty , toilet ran all night . One of the two rooms has no heat, they were to come and fix the TV but never showed up. They had a coffee making and a kettle but no supplies to make any coffee and they don't open until 11:00 in the morning.

Booked at this hotel, tried calling to cancel and change the dates several times. No answer! Let a voice mail. No call back. Disappointed and frustrated because we lost our deposit for their inability to answer the phone or call us back

Bad bad not good, dirty dirty moldy moldy...stayed here after traveling 15hrs needed a place to just sleep and shower. The comforters were not clean, the shower water was brownish yellow(so no shower for me), mold all in bathroom on walls (bad sleep even with bathroom closed, couldn't breath!). Everything was just gross! Signs are old, no breakfast! Bad bad not good!

It's a motel. The rooms aren't the greatest but they do the job needed. However, it's the service here that really shines.

The manager ensures that you have everything you need and check in/check out were seamless. The included breakfast is the BEST you will find in any motel in the surrounding area.

The manager basically makes you a full breakfast (eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, hashbrowns, coffee etc.). He says it's his speciality and you can definitely taste the quality. I will definitely stop here again if I need a motel in Espanola.

I stayed there for three consecutive nights.
Had a very pleasant experience at my stay. Affordable pricing. The rooms were fresh and clean. Staff was attentive. Check-in process was smooth. Right next to it is Sukhdev Restaurant, the food is amazing. I would totally recommend a stay at this location.

Stayed for 1 night. Rooms and price were okay, but no hot water so couldn't take a shower. Pretty noisy in the morning. Not sure what breakfast others were mentioning, there is no breakfast.

the door was like this when I got in the room, tv wouldn’t turn on. didn’t sleep well. Got before sleep in my truck. For my job I stay in lots of different places and this one has been the worst and they require a deposit of $150
