Very sad that you don't consider or hire people that are looking to better their financial situation. So what if someone has bad credit, isn't the purpose of trying to get a better job to improve the financial situation... I will never do business with such a judgmental finance institution. Word goes a long way to make a business work. Sad that you people think you are better than others.

Pulled credit report for opening an account. No record of application when I called. Branch service top notch but limited hours. True North Hub is not friendly or helpful

Worst place to bank in northern ontario. Having a home two thirds paid and nothing. The worst example of hick town banking with no values. Wow. What a waste. Run for your life if u see in the horizon. People are lost

They advertise regular debit cards online, but that's not true. I moved to this institution for convenience- bad move on my part. Head office has not replied to my emails about this situation. I'm not very happy about having to post this, no offense intended, just my personal experience. Peace.
