They have pet areas on both sides. Both have an animal water fountain! Staff is great and friendly. Its scenic. Restrooms in separate building, super clean. Nighttime security, decent parking.

Restrooms were clean and well maintained, but the only option for food is the micro-version of a Dunkin Donuts inside the Shell gas station, or the Shell candy and snacks. I'm going to guess the Dunkin food is better early in the day than at 1:30pm when I visited, since by then the long john and sprinkle donuts I bought were as dense and hard as rocks. They probably didn't want to pull a new tray out of the cooler and offer some "fresh" items for whatever reason, so as you're getting back on the highway and up to speed, and then reach into the bag to get one of your donuts only to find they should have been rotated out at least a few hours before you made your purchase decision, it's too late to turn around and go back to complain and at least get your money back. Your only option now is to chuck the bag in the trash at your next stop and make a mental note to never go back there again. If you've been to this service plaza before and remember there being another building with food offerings next to the gas station, you'd be correct - the building is still there but has been empty and closed for some time, bringing you back to the Dunkin Donuts inside the Shell gas station as your only option for something resembling food at this stop. Just be sure to check your purchase before leaving the counter since the DD employee there will sell you anything and not say a word about the quality in the least!

Friendly service, my complaint is the EV charging station… no fast chargers, only 1 charge point station.

Florida did this service plaza wrong. There’s not any options for food only dunkin donuts which sucks if your refrigerator decides to go out and not a lot of truck parking for trucks as the other service plazas on this turnpike which is ridiculous considering how Miami barely has any truck stops and truck parking with food variety options.
There’s definitely not many options for vegans to eat besides a few snacks.
It gets 3 stars because of how friendly and clean the staff maintains the plaza.

Not much there besides restroom and gas station. Can be challenging to merge back onto Turnpike during rush-hour. Very limited parking but usually nor too bad. Restrooms are kept very clean.

Always clean facilities. The southbound air machine was not calibrated properly. 35 psi on the machine was actually 45 on my tpms. Kind of dangerous. Quality control checks would be good on this.

I recently stopped at this rest area on the Turnpike and found it to be quite convenient despite its limited amenities. The main features are the gas station and restrooms, but both were sufficient for a quick break. The restrooms were impressively clean, which was a pleasant surprise.

Parking is limited but generally not too crowded, except during rush hour when merging back onto the Turnpike can be a bit tricky. One notable aspect is the pet area, complete with an animal water fountain, making it a pet-friendly stop.
