Dr. Kao is very detailed , during consultation time, he makes sure i understand the procedure, SOP’s were done well and staff is very accomodating, answers the questions i have in mind. The surgery went well, Dr. Kao reminded me the safety issues to keep in mind regarding the spot where i had my tooth extracted, what areas to brush, and a friendly reminder for me to gargle mouth easy.

Dr. Kao was informative and quickly and painlessly removed a painful, fractured tooth. He was mindful of my teenager's presence and asked her to wait in the reception area. The receptionists were lovely, and his assistant was kind. He is honest and trustworthy. He cares about his work and patience. I brought my daughter in this week for an emergency, and they fit her in within a few hours. He communicates, which most medical providers have stopped doing in the last fifteen years. He showed me a groovy Amazon toothbrush that gets under the gums. I buy them in bulk now. I highly recommend Dr. Kao for all your implant, gum, and extraction needs. His receptionist goes out of their way to assist with extra referrals. AAA+++

I’ve gone now to them 3x to get my implant installed but it’s been wrong every time. First, the size was wrong. Then the shade was wrong TWICE. I now have no choice but to come back a fourth time and I have zero confidence that it will be correct.
