Do not park here. Our rental car was stolen the very first night we left it in this lot, not even late at night..around 9pm. While the parking attendant was very helpful, the entire situation was an enormous hassle, having to file a police report, get cctv footage and replace the rental. If you're staying at the Sonder hotel nearby and thinking about using this lot—despite any recommendations from the front desk—think twice and look elsewhere!!! Would give 0 stars if i could, and wouldn’t recommended to anyone.

we ended up parking at the LA Athletic Club nearby and had no issues for the remainder of our trip.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Our rental car was stolen from this lot the first night we parked here. The parking attendant was helpful, but it was a massive headache to deal with. If you’re staying at the Sonder hotel around the corner and considering parking here, I’d strongly advise against it, even if the front desk recommends it!

Avoid this parking spot at all cost if possible! I paid $60 for two days of parking, and when I came to pick up my vehicle the man working at the booth was insisting I got my parking tickets without paying for it Even after I showed him my card balance clearly showing I did, he made me pay another $60 to get my vehicle back. Total scam
