Arrived late, had to go to the bar to receive service due to no one at front desk. Room was clean except hard water stains on the tap. Tried to have a shower in the morning, there was no water pressure. Called down to front desk 4 times no answer, when husband came back into room he went down to find someone. They came back up looked at the problem. It took about an hour because the person who could authorize anything did not start until around 9am. They finally transfered us into a new room that had no working cable box, so we had water pressure to shower but nothing to watch except our phones. The hotel it self is very run down and has a funky smell, for $132 a night they need to up they game. Make sure that the room they assign someone has good water pressure, clean, and everything is in good working condition. But I guess when there is no competition they don't have to work hard. 🤷‍♀️

The bathroom was poorly cleaned . Water stains on the taps. Hairs in the tub. Dirt on the soap caddy. Sink poorly washed as well. After seeing that I never pulled back the sheets and just slept in my clothes. You think for $90/ night you could do better😑

Filthy, smelly, and in need of a massive renovation. Hair found in both beds with what appeared to be dried boogers. Stained carpets and dirty walls. One staff at night servicing the bar, hotel and liquor store. The rooms are falling apart. The rooms are overpriced to boot. The place is not locked at night leaving anyone to enter the building. There were very shady characters sitting outside and a very disheveled and a clearly ill woman roaming the halls when we arrived. I implore anyone planning on staying here to go to Rosetown 30 minutes away to stay in a comfortable and clean hotel. I will never stay here again.

Disgusting. In the first room we found a huge yellow stain in the middle of the bed. Was it pee? Was it dead bed bugs? Was it ...? We complained and they sent us to another room and it was so filthy, we asked the lady to at least dust the room. We found a bug in the bed (pretty sure it was a bed bug). We took all of the blankets off of the bed and used the emergency blanket we keep in the car. Had it not been so late, and had we not been so exhausted, we would have left. There are no words to describe how gross this place was.

Disgusting is all I can say. Our room was filthy. The white bath mat was stained grey. The toilet was dirty. The tub was dirty. The blue towels had visible stains. The carpet was filthy and had not been vacuumed. Yes we were travelling with a pet. But this was so bad. It was so bad that we were afraid to eat anywhere in the town. It's too bad because it's a nice little town.

Nice clean comfy rooms! Only complaint I have is that I'm 4'11 tall , and the beds are very thick I had to kinda take a run and a jump to get up on the mattress! O ther than that beautiful experience!
