I called to schedule an appointment, and the owner—who runs the business himself—arrived right on time the next day. He was extremely professional and punctual, ensuring the door was in perfect working order. He replaced the springs, lubricated the door, and installed a new door opener. As for the cost? I had received two other quotes, and his was the most competitive by far. I'm familiar with the cost of the materials, which he supplied, and I believe his labor charges were very fair. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work and would highly recommend his services.

I highly recommend Garage Doors R Us! The tech introduced himself as Blue (said it was his nickname) and proceeded to diagnose and repair my garage door in the most friendly, knowledgeable, professional manner i have ever experienced. And the price was more than fair!

GREAT service and SO quick! They came out for a quote and it came in at a great price but also very informative about what I was getting and my options. Once we committed to them they can out a week later to install garage door. They went over everything after installment and cleaned up nicely!

I've been in my house for about 30 years, and the garage door was there when I moved in. It fell off its supports when I opened it a few days ago. I contacted Garage Doors R Us and they came out the next day (a Friday) to look at it. Since it was so old and in poor shape we decided to replace it and they quoted me a good price. They arrived first thing on Saturday and did a fantastic job of installation. They even moved my door opener to a more suitable location and gave it a "tune up". I'm very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of their work. Would definitely use them again - but hope I don't have to!

Totally satisfied with the whole process from sale to install. Garage Doors R Us was able to quickly come out, walk through various different options and help answer any and all questions I had. After working with Garage Doors - R - Us I shall never call Preci$ion people again. Great prices but it's more about Preci$ion told me I had replace parts because chain drive couldn't be had anymore...well that proved wrong with G. Doors R Us...which not only kept the price down but that also meant with fewer things to replace the work was finished faster too.
